We want you to love what we make, but if you don't, let us know! Below are some basic guidelines for our returns. But basically, if you aren't happy with your purchase we're gonna do our best to fix that! Just let us know.

Face Masks: Due to the nature of the face mask, we cannot accept returns. If it doesn't fit properly or it arrives damaged, drop us a note within 7 days of receiving. We can either issue a refund for the full amount, minus shipping, or send a replacement. If the fabric is no longer available we'll replace it with your choice from our website of equal value. We have 3 available sizes, kid, adult and XL. Mask dimensions are in each listing so double check before ordering that you're buying the correct size.
Bow Ties: We have a 30-day return policy on all bow ties, human and K-9, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in new condition.
*Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
