About Us

Ugly Yellow House is our playground. UYH is anything we can dream up. Our business is named after our own Ugly Yellow House, our 1951 mid century ranch we were fortunate enough to purchase in Seattle. Our basement gave us the space to build out all types of workshops and spaces we needed for our creative outlets. All of our cut & sew products are made in our sewing studio, which was once a rec room with a shuffleboard court painted on the floor. This is where you can usually find Tom.
