We chose White Center Pride because we love this community and we want to support an organization that promotes love, equality and unity. White Center Pride, established in 2019, is the first ever LGBTQ+ Pride festival in the Seattle neighborhood of White Center. Due to the impact of Covid-19, they won't be able to host their Pride events in June or other fundraising events as planned, which you can imagine is devastating. White Center Pride isn't just a festival, it's a celebration that brings the businesses and people of White Center together for a week of LGBTQ-friendly events in the hopes of strengthening the community. They're empowering a community and we want to help!
